The Taste Collection · Vol. I — The Origin
Taste: Africa
A culinary journey through flavor, culture & rhythm.
The Experience
One continent. Five courses. A single long table.
Taste: Africa is the opening chapter of the Taste Collection — an evening that moves from the smoke of West African grills to the citrus and spice of the East, told by the chefs, musicians, and makers who carry these traditions personally.
Expect live percussion rising with the courses, a room dressed in terracotta, brass, and candlelight, and the kind of conversation that only happens when strangers are seated shoulder to shoulder for four hours.

The Sound
Rhythm, By Design
A live trio of percussion, kora, and voice moves with the meal — soft and conversational through the opening courses, unmistakably alive by dessert. Between sets, a curated selection travels from Afrobeat to Amapiano.
The Design
A Room as Landscape
Terracotta, aged brass, woven textile, and low candlelight. One long table dressed in clay vessels and hand-thrown ceramics, with light that falls the way it does at the end of a long, warm day.
